The Thomas family were shown to the dentist office where Mr. Thomas made it clear he was in a hurry.
"No fancy stuff doctor" he ordered "no gas no needles or any of that stuff. Just pull it out and get it over with!"
"I wish all my patients were like you and want to get it over and done with" said the dentist "Now which tooth is it?"
Mr. Thomas turned to his wife Sue. and said "show him your tooth honey!"
